I read Openstudio 3.0 does not comes wit PAT, we need to install it separately. I have followed the instruction to download it and now I am not able to install it. Can somebody help me with this?

I am using Openstudio 3.0 PAT application and when I am trying to run the tool with Energyplus measure, It is saying completely fail but i cannot see any error or warning message, and when I run it without energyplus measure it runs smoothly.
