OpenStudio/SketchUp - Issues to match floor and ceiling [closed]

I'm modeling a two-storey building using OpenStudio/SketchUp and I'm unable to match the majority of ceiling/floors in the spaces.
Does any one know why is this happening? And what can I do?

@Habitzreuter there are already MANY posts about issues with surface intersection and matching in the OpenStudio plugin for SketchUp. This post mentions an alternative to use a measure in the OpenStudio interface that should be more stable. If that still doesn't work, you may need to manually match surfaces. If you search for "openstudio match" you should find other related posts. In the future, please search existing posts on Unmet Hours to see if someone has already asked the question you have before making a new posts.
