I have tried to create an account on BCL three times with three different emails. Each time I filled in the info on the registration page, there was a message telling that it was successful and an email has been sent to me for further instruction. But none arrived (I checked all spam boxes). Without the complete registration and account, I can't get the key to set up the connection from Openstudio to BCL. Is there anyone from Europe with the same problem recently? Or is it some issues from BCL system? /Nhung |
