I am trying to implement air flow networks in EnergyPlus and am getting the posted error. What does this error imply and is there a known way of addressing it?

Is it possible for EnergyPlus to model an existing split or packaged heat pump system with low refrigerant charge and/or insufficient airflow? If so, how can this be accomplished? Are there any existing measures that attempt to address the modeling of these types of real-world system issues?
