Error when using PTHP

Hello everyone!

I'm using the OpenStudio plugin to model a building. However, I encountered an error during the process, and the simulation is not running.

When I check the 'Turn on ideal air loads' checkbox in the thermal zones, the simulation runs successfully. However, when I uncheck the 'Turn on ideal air loads' checkbox and add a PTHP (Packaged Terminal Heat Pump) for the simulation, an error occurs. I need to run the simulation with PTHP.

I haven't configured specific settings for PTHP; I proceeded with autosize. The error message is "Fatal Unable to determine fan air flow rate." How can I resolve this?

Please, I need your help.
