BEopt 3.0 Beta Error - Error: Expected argument 1 of type double, but got NilClass nil

I have found the issue that causes this, but wanted to report it somewhere.

For some reason with this model, if I have Hot Tub/Spa Heater set to electric heating, I get this error: 1.xml: Error: Expected argument 1 of type double, but got NilClass nil

Any other fuel type seems to be fine. And when I open the demo files and set their Hot Tub/Spa Heater to electric, they seem to be fine.

This isn't a killer for my analysis, but it took me a good 45minutes to track down the issue.
