I have found the issue that causes this, but wanted to report it somewhere.

For some reason with this model, if I have Hot Tub/Spa Heater set to electric heating, I get this error:

1.xml: Error: Expected argument 1 of type double, but got NilClass nil

https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ja3r31lwma...

Any other fuel type seems to be fine. And when I open the demo files and set their Hot Tub/Spa Heater to electric, they seem to be fine.

This isn't a killer for my analysis, but it took me a good 45minutes to track down the issue.

Here is a BEopt bugfix version that should fix the issue. Please let us know if for some reason it doesn't help you. We plan to publish an official BEopt bugfix release on the website in the near future
