Ventilation and Boundary

Hello,

I am a total newbie to OpenStudio so kindly bear with the questions. Any one that can help me with this, I will be eternally gratful. And I have been given a task on energy modeling that I have to do. But first I have to research and provide an answer to question 1 below, (I have added extra questions that came to mind). I have searched for days researchinig, including on here and still havent found anything.

Question 1: What Boundary Condition(s) I should use to change Ventilation Rates for my buildings (two that I will eventually work on, one uses a DOAS and the other just FCUs for HVAC)?
Question 2: Where do I access ventilation rates in OpenStudio? And can I set them manually before running a OS model Question 3: Are there ventilation rates results in the OpenStudio results that I can analyse and compare to a real-world building's HVAC ventilation rate

Any sort of help, ideas, numbers- will be appreciated before my meeting tomorrow. Thanks and Happy New Year
