OpenStudio: Hot Water Loop Still Crashes

Has this bug in OpenStudio been fixed? The default "hard-sized" water heaters seem to be the only value that runs in the program. Whenever I autosize, or hardsize a new value of my choosing, the application crashes.

I did a search on Unmethours, and it seems a lot of people have had this problem.

This post suggested a Waterheater measure be used, but I could not locate it on BCL. https://unmethours.com/question/15543/hot-water-tank-cannot-be-autosized-without-failing-is-there-a-way-around-hard-sizing/

I used this methodology to hardsize my water heater, and it still crashes: https://unmethours.com/question/1036/water-heater-sizing-rules-of-thumb/
