Missing setpoint manager symbol in OpenStudio 1.10 air loop

After importing an OpenStudio model (of a previous version) into OS 1.10., it has been observed that a setpoint manager symbol as well as a handle to the setpoint manager are missing.

This means that the the setpoint manager cannot be delete or replace from within OpenStudio, and I probably have to resort to a text editor as a work-around.

Does this warrant putting this on developers' issue list ?
