AirLoopHVACUnitaryHeatPumpAirToAirMultiSpeed object in OpenStudio SDK but not supported in OpenStudio User Interface

I found this object in the OpenStudio SDK object list here , but I cannot find this item in the OpenStudio user interface. Does it mean I can write OpenStudio Measure to access this feature?
