Orientation in Corrie

Hello,

Corrie (https://github.com/JasonGlazer/Corrie) looks promising for "Simple Box Modeling". I don't understand what the Front Faces function does. What happens when I select North? How the program knows about the baseline orientation or the façade with predominant window area to calculate the benefit or drawback.

The "Front Faces" just indicates which direction the front of the building is pointing (roughly) in order to orient the building.

Hi, How does that impact the results? I think it should be the same if I select N, S, W, or E. The only difference should be if it's NE, etc. right? Is the WWR assumed to be distributed equally along the different elevations?

Because different aspect ratios is one of the measures you can explore, so N and S are the same, E and W are the same, NE and SW are the same, NW and SE are the same.

To expand on that a bit related to the aspect ratio, the "width" of the building is always along the "face" of the building and the "depth" would be from the front to the back of the building.
