Hello community, which softwares (Elements, EnergyPlus weather coverter, and which others?) or methods do you recommend as the bestest, practical and easy solutions to edit or customize EPW files for Energyplus and DesignBuilder?

Note that the Results Viewer application referred to hasn't been released yet, but will be soon.
If you are familiar with python, there is the epw package (https://github.com/building-energy/epw) that can be useful.
