I could not find a way to reach the developers. As in some post it was mentioned that Andrew can provide the timelines for the availability of reference buildings in OS.?

Also what are the limitation with in progress models @ https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-Pr...

Planned features, including when all DOE Reference Buildings in .osm format are anticipated to be available, are outlined here.

I do need to update the planned features list based on recent discussions with DOE and our partners at LBNL and ORNL, who are also contributing to the reference model measures. We currently expect a significant subset of the reference models to be available in the August/September timeframe via the BCL. The reference model measure will not initially be able to generate all of the reference buildings. We expect that work will be completed in the October-January timeframe.

Thanks for this update. To be 100% clear, the question asks about the Commercial Reference Buildings (pre- and post-1980 typical constructions) and the text of replies mentions the Reference Buildings, but the linked Planned Features post on the OS website indicates DOE's Prototype Buildings (built to 4 different versions of ASHRAE 90.1). Are the plans to make available Prototype Building models only? Will they be for all versions of code? FWIW, this is one user for whom the reference building models are of greater interest...Thanks!!
