I have never modeled a chilled water air handler system that uses the cool reheat strategy for dehumidification. I've tried a few approaches that are not controlling zone humidity. I've also looked for an example file which demonstrates that capability (and did not find one) What is needed to make that happen?

This answer is a little old and OpenStudio-oriented, but I don't think any of the core info has changed.

A search of the example files folder for 'TemperatureAndHumidityRatio' returns a number of files with that input in the Controller:WaterCoil object, e.g.: 5ZoneWaterCooled_HighRHControl.idf, 5ZoneWaterCooled_MultizoneAverageRHControl.idf, 5ZoneWatercooled_MultizoneMinMaxRHControl.idf, to name a few.

Spot on (for the controller and the example file). Thanks very much.
