A search of the example files folder for 'TermperatureAndHumidityRatio' returns a number of files with that input in the Controller:WaterCoil object, e.g.: 5ZoneWaterCooled_HIghRHControl.idf, 5ZoneWaterCooled_MultizoneAverageRHControl.idf, 5ZoneWatercooled_MultizoneMinMaxRHControl.idf, to name a few.
