I'm checking the table "Zone summary" table of a model (eplustbl.htm file) and I found, in the bottom, the field "Not Part of Total".

In my case is not 0 and is greater than the sum of "Conditioned Total" and "Unconditioned Total". What is it referring to?

Thank you in advance

That means that the field "Part of Total Floor Area" in the Zone object is set to No. You might want to check your input file and see if that is what you intended.

@JasonGlazer Thank you. I need to explain it better: this question was made because I noticed what seems to be an inconsistency between the zone areas and this table. In the following example (simple shape 10mx10m) I have 2 zones, both of them of 50 m2. Both are conditioned but one is set to "Part of Total Floor Area": No.

Unfortunately the table report a double sized area, for the "Part of Total Floor Area": No. It's easier to notice it from the following images. Do you think it could be a bug or am I missing anything?

That looks like a bug. Could you email me (jglazer at gard dot com) your file? I will post a new issue.
