I have a zone that has 400 unmet heating hours from unoccupied period and 0 from the occupied period (2F Tolerance). However, the hourly zone mean air temperature, cooling and heating set point graph shows that the temperature never falls below the heating set point in unoccupied period. Please see attached figure. Instead, it never achieved desired occupied heating set point. Is this a reporting error from the open studio ?

Besides, any suggestions why it never achieve heating setpoint during occupied time ? (Entire system is autosized)

If the the 'people' in the space is always 0, then it's always counted as unoccupied. That seems to be what happening.

There were several issues found with zone heating coils where the heating coil did not have sufficient capacity to meet the load, especially if ventilation is included in the input. As a workaround, I suggest manually sizing the heating coils in these zones by about 3 or 4 times what they are now.
