The CLI was officially released in OS 2.0.0 in December of 2016.

OpenStudio server is undergoing a significant docker-based refactor in the January 2017 timeframe. This is intended to make it easier to deploy OpenStudio on platforms other than AWS. The first major release for this refactored code will be 2.1.0 in March 2017.

The OS CLI is being developed for the release of OpenStudio 2.0 at the end of this year, RunManager will be deprecated when OpenStudio 2.0 is released. OS CLI is not yet ready for use. If you need to use RunManager now you can follow [this example](http://goo.gl/SqTivX).

Looks like there was an unmethours update that reduced the size of comments and the markdown link syntax doesn't seem to be working (at least in comments), here is the link to an example using RunManager: http://goo.gl/SqTivX
