openstudio cli and server

1/ I see Openstudio CLI gems from NREL Github at Openstudio-cli is it usable now ? I want to use Openstudio in CLI for big model.Have any guide for that gems ?
2/Openstudio Server gems doesn't work anymore ? I want to install openstudio in a server instead of Amazon cloud. How to take and install this ? Thanks
