Click on your SPM (the blue "flag" placed on the supply outlet node of your plant Loop). Make sure the "Control Zone Name" is actually filled and matches your connected zone name.

If that still doesn't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting your zone to your AirLoop

Also ensure that your thermal is actually being translated: it must have at least one space assigned, and said space must have some geometry assigned with it. You can open the resulting "in.idf" to ensure the zone does exists.
