Total Site Energy is the energy that is used at the building, ie, the gas and electricity that would be reported at the meter. Total Source Energy is the energy that is used to produce the energy that is used at the meter. For instance, this will include all the energy that is taken to transfer say coal to electricity and deliver it on site. Finally the HVAC load profile helps to understand the peak energy uses throughout the day so you can see what the load on your system will be at every time step. I hope this helps
