The flow rates shown in the 'Zone Sensible Heating' (and Cooling) subtables of the HVAC Sizing Summary are the results of the Zone Design Loads calculation. These are 'ideal' flow rates calculated from the zone load, the heating thermostat set point and the supply air temperature inputs in the Sizing:Zone object. They are used to size any auto-sized air systems serving the zone, and do not reflect any hard-sized zone HVAC component inputs.

The flow rates are calculated whether the zone has direct air supply or not, if the program is set to 'Do Zone Sizing Calculation' (which you can set in the Simulation Settings tab under 'Simulation Control'). In your case, since you don't have auto-sized systems supplying air to your zones, the calculated flow rates should not be used in the simulation.
