2021-04-13 18:49:58 -0500 | marked best answer | What is the Thermostat Setpoint Temperature at Peak Load [C] in OS's Results Summary? In my model, I have set the temperature schedules as 26℃. While in the simulation results, the indoor temperature seems to comply with the thermostat setpoint. But I don't think I've made such a setting. Because I used the VRF system and there's no thermostat at all. For the heating scenario, there's also a thermostat setpoint and make the room temperature deviate from my design temperature. Looking forward to your help! |

2021-03-27 20:55:39 -0500 | marked best answer | How can I model an air cooled heat pump in openstudio? In fact, what I hope to model is an air source heat pump water chiller/heater, producing chilled water and hot water in winter and summer respectively for HVAC purpose. I only find the module of air cooled chiller. And for heating, I have tried the central heat pump while 4 severe errors occurred. Thus I think it's a water-cooled type heat pump. So I hope that someone can give me an instruction, telling me which kind of heat pump (for heating) in OS is an air-cooled one (no need of a condenser water loop). Thank you! |
