Robert Mowris is a building scientist, engineer, and inventor with 34 years of experience designing and evaluating energy and water efficiency products and programs. Mr. Mowris has authored more than 70 published papers and managed more than 300 research studies and energy efficiency programs. Robert has fourteen issued US patents and multiple pending patents for energy efficient technologies and software that can potentially save 2 quadrillion British thermal units or 2% of total US energy use in 2019. Robert earned a M.S. degree in civil and architectural engineering from the University of Colorado-Boulder and B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering and education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
