Negative Coordination

I'm encountering an issue with the model I imported from OpenStudio to EnergyPlus. Despite setting the origin of the plan at (0,0,0) in the DWG file, when I import it into OpenStudio and draw the entire model (ensuring that I choose the (0,0,0) point to create a new space for the model), and then export the file to IDF format, it gives me some negative coordinates. I will be thankful if you help me. I share the links for my files(OS, IDF and DWG)
