Having Trouble With Ideal Loads Air System

Hi users,

I have been trying to calculation window heat gain rate of a zone under a controlled indoor condition during the cooling season. And the Ideal loads air system was used, and the cooling and heating set points were set to 23 and 21 degrees, respectively. However, for some reason EP gave me the following error message even though I set everything eles correctly.

* Severe * UpdateZoneSizing: Supply air temperature is greater than zone temperature during cooling air flow calculations

In addition, when I plot the zone operative temperature against Ideal supply air temperature, it seems like heating is still present eventhougt I have turn the heating off during the simulation period.

The link below is where I have uploaded the example file. https://discourse.ladybug.tools/t/having-trouble-with-hb-idealairsystem-setting/24741

Am I miss something? Any insights will be appreciated!
