Issue with fluctuating chilled water loop temperature in a trajectory

I tried running two test cases here

1, Fluctuating the chilled water loop setpoint temperature within a trajectory. Ex. randomize the temperature in the range of [6, 11] C at each timestep.

  1. Simulate 6 times from [6,11] C, where a similar setpoint temperature is used for every trajectory. Ex. 6C for trajectory 1, 7C for trajectory 2, ...

Despite achieving the desired setpoint at times, the HVAC values for test case 1 are inconsistent with test case 2.
Has anyone faced this issue and how to overcome it
