How to model an energy recovery ventilator with a Fan:VariableVolume

Dear,

Does anyone know how to model and simulate a zone DOAS that consists only of the energy recovery ventilator (membrane plate) and the variable air volume fans (supply and exhaust Fan:VariableVolume) in the EnergyPlus software. The outdoor air flow rate is not constant. It changes with people occupancy. In the InputOutputReference document for the ZoneHVAC:EnergyRecoveryVentilator it stands that only Fan:OnOff can be used. Also, I tried with model ZoneHVAC:OutdoorAirUnit where HeatExchanger:AirToAir:SensibleAndLatent is connected with supply and exhaust Variable air volume fans but it seems that the air-to-air heat recovery is almost 100% during the entire heating season. In other words, it does not depend on the input values of the sensible and latent effectiveness. Thank You in advance.
