OpenStudio Results Report - "Energy Use" values significantly higher than "End Use"

I'm running OpenStudio on one of the prototype models for Large Office. Using the Open Studio Result measure. Does anybody know how "Energy Use" is calculated, it is significantly higher than any of the other loads.

Total Electricity End Use is 1,612,522 kWh, total Gas End-Use is 1,612,522 kWh. These values align with all the other tables.

However, the Energy use table reports total Electricity at 15,722,021 and total gas at 5,502,154 kWh. Even multiplying the end-use by the site factors do not achieve these high values. The efficiency of my cooling and heating would need to be 0.94 and 0.32.
