how do i model this HVAC system?

image description So basically, the system is a water-cooled air conditioner, but the source of water for the AC condenser is underground water (borehole). the water is pumped from the ground and passes through the condenser to extract heat from the refrigerant, the heated water then empties into a tank. how do I model such HVAC system in open studio?
