How to assess a house's energy performance without heating/cooling equipment in Designbuilder?

Hi, I'm trying to assess an existing house's energy performance which mainly focuses on the thermal performance of the house envelope using Designbuilder software. And I've filled in the inputs of the wall, roof, floor and window thermal information, occupancy schedule and environmental settings in DB and turned off all the HVAC systems. After running the simulation, I got this summary of results with zero district heating and cooling results, which I guess is correct. But I wonder whether the sum of sensible heat gains is the house's energy consumption (without HVAC system). If not, how can I evaluate the house in DB and read the results? I appreciate any help you can provide.
