Error on Linux but Not on Windows: SolveForWindowTemperatures

I am running CLI. I have been writing the code in Windows to test smaller runs, then moving to larger simulations on Linux/ubuntu via amazon ec2 instances. I do NOT get fatal errors when running the same models and weather files on Windows as I do on Linux.

This is the error I get on Linux: * Fatal * Program halted because of convergence error in SolveForWindowTemperatures for window NAME

Only happens for about 5% of models, and it's the same error every time... so I am wondering what the root of this error could possibly be.
