Energy plus addons (Legacy OpenStudio SketchUp Plug-in and OpenStudio Application Suite) do not work.

Hi,

As written in the title, I'm have problems with addons using E+_8_3. The computer is running under Win7 64bits. Sketchup 2015 looks fine, as well as Energy plus 8.3 separatedly: I tested E+8.3 with a 8.3 file and epw weather file. (still can't have a battery working well with PV arrays but I'm on it).

OpenStudio.exe crashes at launch. The version used is 1.7.0. ParametricAnalysisTool and ResultsViewer seem to work fine.

legacy_openstudio_v1.0.13.rbz is installed correctly. However, "Data Dictionary file Energy+.idd" can't be found, so the plugin isn't loaded properly.

I just wonder if the "ç" in the windows user name wouldn't be responsible of this mess.

Regards,
