Baseline elevator for LEED 2009

I have been following the regenerative elevator discussion. I am wondering what baseline elevator configuration to use for LEED 2009. For example, the Magnetec website provides 7 Drive/Motor Type combinations. The m-g DC (Regen) combination uses the most kWh per day and the PM AC w/ Regen combination uses the least amount.
