DesignBuilder/Energy Plus: What is described with the two different floors BLOCK1:ZONE1_FLOOR_0_0_0 and BLOCK1:ZONE1_FLOOR_0_0_1 in the Simulation Summary under chapter "Opaque Interior"?

I have one single Zone with one Block. The Block has just one exterior wall. All the other building components are adiabatic. In the Summary of the Simulation under chapter "Opaque Interior" are two different floors "BLOCK1:ZONE1_FLOOR_0_0_0" and "BLOCK1:ZONE1_FLOOR_0_0_1". There are also two ceilings "BLOCK1:ZONE1_CEILING_1_0_0" and "BLOCK1:ZONE1_CEILING_1_0_1". What is described with the three numbers behind the building component. I would like to know the surface temperature of the ceiling and the floor. In the "DesignBuilder results viewer" is also distinguished among those two before described components. Thanks in advance for your help
