Spa and fitness centre loads

Hi there,

I am carrying out an energy model for a mall building for LEED CS compliance. Within the mall there are several types of activities, among them, a spa and a fitness center are being proposed. However, we have no information about the layout or equipment that will be installed in these spaces since it is a tenant space we need to make assumptions about the loads. Have you modeled before these types of spaces? is there any manual, standard to be able to model a standardized space? do you know which assumptions can be acceptable? For now, I am considering the fitness center loads from COMNET, however, there is no much information about SHW consumption and nothing about a spa. Can I consider a spa is closer to a swimming pool than a fitness center for simplifications?

Thanks
