Airflownetwork(with distribution vs without distribution)

Hi Everyone: I know this question sounds quite trivial, but i would be pleased to hear an expert's thought on this(Note that i am relatively new to energy plus).

I plan to use the airflow network to simulate multizone airflow between zones. The idea is to open the windows and doors based on different opening factors and see how different opening factors affect the air zone temperatures. In the airflownetwork multizone simulation control, there are different methods of doing this(MultizoneWithDistribution and MultizoneWithoutDistribution). I have read the input-output reference yet i am not very sure which method to adopt(suits what i want to do).Again, I am only interested in seeing the effect of airflow withing the zones and not outside the zones(return leaks, supply plenum etc.). Any help would be highly appreciated.
