Domestic GSHP fuelling DHW and heating

Hi, I am fairly new to the software. I'm using EnergyPlus with the DesginBuilder interface. The system Im designing is a domestic system that relies on a GSHP meeting the DHW and heating demands. The DHW has additional hot water storage. The heating in the house is provided by radiators. The system also has an MVHR system.

As a starting point, I used the GSHP, chilled beams, and underfloor heating template. Removed the Chilled hot water loop as I have no need for cooling and substituted the underfloor heating with the water radiator. I got stuck with the heat pump supporting DHW and the hot water tank. Setting up the HP with 2 plant operation schemes results in one of the schemes being ignored.

I'm currently trying to troubleshoot whether the problem is the settings or the system component layout. Can anyone advise on how to proceed or could anyone sketch out how DHW should be connected to the HW loop?

I attach the current layout of the system below.
