I cannot add a window find in measures & components

Hello,

I downloaded a window from measures and components and to added it. I went to "construction set" and "library". I found the window I had downloaded and I draged and dropped it on fixed windows and I even tried on operable windows. Then OpenStudio crashes and I cannot do anything. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to solve my problem?
