Radiation Results missing when using CIBSE - TRY Weather Files

I am running into an issue where running a simulation through OpenStudio using the purchased Test Reference Year (TRY) weather files from CIBSE does not produce any radiation results in the load sizing results. From my investigation it appears that the .ddy weather file provided does not include the ASHRAE Taub or ASHRAE Taud information expected to populate the Solar Design Day information. I'm not 100% sure, but I suspect this missing info is the cause of the missing results data. When I run the exact same model with a different weather file (from EnergyPlus's own database for example) there is not missing information on the inputs or radiation results.

Question: Has anyone run into issue running any OpenStudio model with the purchased CIBSE TRY files? If so is there an agree workaround?

I hesitate to share the files here as they must be purchased for use, however here is the link to them for reference. Here is an example .osm, however I have tried this on several different files and the issues does not appear to be project specific.
