White surface when I want to draw a door or a window

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with sketchup (for openstudio) because when I want to create a door or a window, I only have a white surface. How can I solve this problem? Does anyone have a tip for this? Your help will be very helpful because otherwise I would have redraw all my building.
