Sensible heat sink

I'm interested in modeling a sensible heat load as a sink for a plant factory model (plants absorbs sensible heat from lights but releases latent heat) ex: sensible: -183W/m2 latent 260W/m2

What is the simplest way to have a constant negative sensible load on a schedule ? I didn't see a load object that could have a negative value.

Worst case scenario, I guess I could create a district cooling water loop.

I'm using OS 3.4.0 and E+ 22.1
