Why is the zone sensible cooling not zero even if the natural ventilation and the cooling design air flow rate is off?

I would like to check out all the influencing factors on the "zone sensible cooling". Therefore I first wanted to switch everything of so that the sensible cooling is zero. I switched of the "Model infiltration". Furthermore I set the "Cooling design air flow rate (m³/s)" to 0. However, if I run the simulation there is still in the Heat Balance a "Zone sensible cooling" and also System Looads for total cooling. Which settings do I have to set that there is no "zone sensible cooling"?
