People Sensible Heat Addition

Dear Sir

I am trying to compare the energy consumption patterns for the two cases as flowing.

Case 1: Central Ciller Plant with air cooled condenser. The cold water temperature at inlet of cooling coil is 7oC. The generic air loop set point is 16 oC. While the zone set point is 26 oC.

Case 2: Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) for cooling and one generic air loop with one electric cooling coil. The air loop cooling set point is 26 oC. The zone cooling set point is 26 oC.

In the both of the cases the occupancy density, scheduling, lighting density and scheduling, plug load density, scheduling are same. I am getting the people sensible heat addition different in both cases while the lighting and equipment sensible heat addition are same. Please explain why such results I am getting? Are the result are correct or wrong?
