It is not clear whether the Baseline case fan air flow rates were sized based on a 20 deg. F supply-air-to-room-air temperature difference for each Baseline system because the total airflow rate in the Baseline case (1.6 cfm/sf) appears high !!

  1. It is not clear whether the Baseline case fan air flow rates were sized based on a 20 deg. F supply-air-to-room-air temperature difference for each Baseline system because the total airflow rate in the Baseline case (1.6 cfm/sf) appears high. Update the Baseline model, provide input summary reports showing that the Baseline case air flow rates were sized based on a 20 deg. F supply-air-to-room-air temperature difference per G3.1.2.9, and update the MEPC to reflect the total Baseline case air flow and the revised results.

The mentioned comment i couldn't handle it in Designbuilder. i need to know the referance to know if these comment is right and is really 1.6 cfm/sf high . the proposed building is sizing at 1.37 cfm/sf ! and no comment on it note : i checked each zone sizing and it base on 20 deg. F supply-air-to-room-air temperature difference
