US-DoE Rooftop Challenge Unit - Daikin Rebel DPS - PNNL Report

I am finding myself having to model a Daikin Rebel DPS RTU in OpenStudio or at least EnergyPlus. This is one of the US-DoE Rooftop Challenge Units. It was reported on in a PNNL Report from 2013. Evidently, custom performance curves were created for it, using EnergyPlus EMS functions. In Appendix B of the report, reference is made to an Example File, which appears to link to "RetailStandalone_LA_Rebel_Example.idf". However, the link does not work. Does anyone have this file? Has anyone ever modeled a Daikin Rebel DPS in EnergyPlus or even OpenStudio? Is there a better way of modeling this unit now than via EMS as (probably) suggested in the above Example File? I also searched for Daikin Rebel DPS performance curves, specifically on the Daikin websites, but no useful information is available there. Thank you kindly for any assistance you might be able to provide.
