Good Morning/Evening everyone,
I am modeling a radiant surface for heating/cooling purposes (for an office building in Paris). I am in Detailed HVAC - Simple Data. I am aiming to set the maximum capacity delivered to the zone by the radiant system in order to asses thermal comfort. Problem is, looking in my results, more preceisely "Radiant + Convective heating" output, I notice that this maximum power is usually exceeded. (my heating design capacity per floor area is set at 30 W/m², whearas in my results I reach 76 W/m² in heating load from radiant equipments). This results in 100% confort hours met, which leads to mistake. Did anyone hade this issue in the past and managed to solve it ? I would be extremely glad.
