What setpoint manager to use to avoid reheat in Summer season?

I am using Setpoint manager warmest with temp between 55 and 60 F but what it is doing is after the heating coil I am having a constant supply air temperature of 60 F and during the month of summer when I require supply air temp of 75 F to maintain my setpoint, the reheat coil will have to work to increase the temp from 60 to 75 F, but we can achieve this supply air temp of 75 F without overcooling the supply air temp to 60 F, What setpoint manager should I use which can reduce my excess heating load in the summer season caused by reheating? The image that I have attached shows a constant setpoint of 60 F after the Heating coil in a Packaged Rooftop VAV with reheat.
