How to increase the heating load for a low rise apartment building with 6 units?

I have added 3 packaged roof top units for 6 apartments in my building. My heating load should be around 120000kBtu but I am getting only 10000kBtu which is very low for occupancy of 24-30 people. I have changed many times and checked parameters. Let me know which parameter i need to look for and edit to get the value. I am using default settings for now.
